Mass. House votes to expand the definition of ‘parent’

In an effort to update state law to match other LGBTQ-friendly family policies in the state, Massachusetts representatives unanimously voted in favor of a bill that would establish pathways for legal parentage for people using IVF and surrogacy to build their families.
